Co-Founder and Partner at HEADway, graduate of ESCP-Europe and ENS École Normale Supérieure Cachan, Doctor of Economic Sciences, Sebastien was an Assistant Professor at the University Paris 1 Pantheon Sorbonne and ESCP (European Business School). He then became a permanent Professor of Finance at Reims Management School. He managed the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG Business School) in Paris leading it to the “Grade Master” (State label for postgraduate studies), before taking the position of Dean of Academics for all EDHEC (EDHEC Business School) academic programs on the Lille campus, as well as those of Nice and Paris. In this capacity, he led the “Grande Ecole” curriculum, the Masters and Bachelor programs. He also led the development of International Relations for EDHEC. His core expertise is corporate strategy, with particular insight into development of national and international strategies. Sebastien is also an expert of management and governance stakes, more specifically with deep knowledge and understanding of performance management. In this capacity, many institutions’ efforts have been supported by Sebastien in their acquisition of AMBA and AACSB accreditations.
Headway’s Chief Executive Administrator, Doctor of Sciences awarded by the University Joseph Fourier (Grenoble 1), Claire first developed her international career by becoming a research scientist at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Leicester (UK). Upon her return to France, Claire participated in the creation of Sup’Biotech (program and strategy development of relationships between the institute and key industry businesses). She was equally Director of Laboratories and responsible for the development of continuing education for the Institute.
Expert of the stakes involved at scientific and technical schools from the competence-based approach, her experience qualifies her to assist in deciphering continuing education issues, and business relationships matters.

Olivier has developed numerous areas of expertise servicing various aspects of educational communities. His experience makes him a confirmed expert in press relations strategies and the stakes involved in communication and image concerns for higher education. He is also a recognized expert in innovative academics and a recognized expert in new populations seeking higher education, a true French adept of Generations Y and Z.
Olivier is Headway’s Executive Director of Press Relations since 2012.
