Support to enter the post-bac market and obtain the Bachelor level qualification

Engineering school ranked in the French Top 20

The creation of a Bachelor's degree for this school was to enable it to award the Bachelor level qualification. In order to do so, it had to follow a formal procedure for submitting a file to the Commission for Engineering Qualifications (CTI). HEADway Advisory assisted this client in the development of this new training in a very short period of time (2 months).

HEADway-advisory co-designed the new post-bac programme with the client by determining the positioning, its attributes and by designing the pedagogical model. It co-constructed with the client the application file for the Bachelor degree and the National Repertoire of Professional Certifications (RNCP)

  •  Benchmarking of CTI Bachelors, analysis of CTI processes, interviews with a panel of companies and guidance in the main orientations
  • Advice on "competency" approaches and "competency/knowledge (EU)" matches

The file was submitted on time.

The client was able to deploy its new training offer. The institution will see its number of students grow from the first year, as well as its number of courses and partners, and thus gain in notoriety.
